1. Anti-epidemic materials (protective clothing, masks, thermometers, test reagents, ventilators, etc.). Remind customers to purchase products from regular manufacturers, and provide relevant certificate information in advance for review by relevant Vietnamese FDA departments, and wait until the review is passed.
2. It is forbidden to load dangerous chemical goods (liquid, granular/powder, gas and other chemical products).
3. For branded goods involving intellectual property rights, please contact the trademark owner for authorization in advance. Counterfeit are prohibited export and import.
4. For goods involving commodity inspection, please contact the manufacturer in advance for export inspection procedures (such as food, bamboo, wood, grass products, chemical and animal husbandry products, skin care products, hair care products, gardening flowers, etc.).
5. E-commerce goods cannot be formally declared due to the special properties of the goods.
6. Products that are subject to other customs regulatory licenses must obtain relevant licenses before they can be exported (such as pesticides, cars, motorcycles, etc.).
7. Goods involving export duties.
8. Articles and other sensitive goods whose operation, transportation, import and export are prohibited by national laws.
Unless the procedures are complete and the goods are sent to the customs broker for further confirmation, please do not load the goods. The list of goods provided must be accurate and clear (the list must be consistent with the contents of the goods).
If it is hidden in private, all resulting legal consequences shall be borne by the shipper or importer.
