The ECFA termination time

According to international practice, the termination of international FTA or the imposition anti-dumping duty will be based on the date of the ship's arrival at the discharge port, unless there are special provisions.
This time, China’s cancellation of preferential tariffs on 134 products under Taiwan’s ECFA also has the same termination time, so the termination time will be from 12 a.m. on June 14, 2024.
