The scope of the HS2022 revision is relatively large, which may affect different industries; however, HS2022 has more precise and clearer product descriptions and definitions, which is convenient for trade with different countries and regions, and can achieve faster customs clearance. It is used to reduce the ambiguity and disputes in the classification between trading countries and ensure the accuracy and smoothness of trade.
In order to avoid obstacles to customs clearance at the import site, exporters must check whether their products are affected by the HS2022 revision, including various customs clearance documents, ECFA original content, etc. If there is any change in the revision, it must be updated immediately to ensure customs clearance correctness of the document.
