The declaration of AMS、ACI、ISF5 for IPI USA inland city
Via IPI (Interior Point of Intermodal) to the inland city of the United States, if the ship stops at the US port first and then the Canadian port (POD), and then transfers from the Canadian port railway to the inland city of the United States (eg, Tacoma-Vancouver (POD)-IPI USA St. Paul) according to Canadian and US customs requirements, ACI, AMS, ISF5 + consignee declaration ISF10 must be declared before the vessel leaves the port of loading (POL). If the ship stops at the Canadian port (POD) first, then transfers it to the inland city of the United States by rail, and then the ship stops at the US port, you only need to declare ACI and AMS+CNEE to declare ISF10. If the vessel goes directly from the port of loading to the Port of Canada (POD), and is transferred by rail to the inland city of the United States, you only need to declare the ACI.
